His experience leveraging technology and digital strategy in innovative ways to capitalize on customer and market trends have helped companies grow regionally and globally. Among such clients are Nike, Google, PONOS, Shiseido, Microsoft, Fujitsu, BBC, Nokia, Sapporo, MetLife, b8ta Japan, Mori Building, Telstra, Toyota, Verizon, Samsung, SanDisk, Nickelodeon, and many, many more. Over the last two decades, Anthony’s digital marketing experience paired with his business know-how and background in technology help such companies to create brand marketing strategies, new products and services that project them forward to reach KPIs and business objectives.

Anthony has also worked with some of the most innovative and exciting startups in the world, including Beats by Dr. Dre, Magic Leap, Instagram, Reply.ai, Contentful, DialogFlow, Braze, Aww Inc, b8ta Japan, Cloudinary, Contentstack, DataGrid, Hygraph, Netlify, Vercel, Uniform, Protopie, Figma, echo3D and Unity just to name a few. Some of them have become giant businesses, some of them are no longer active, but the learnings and experience from working with some incredibly talented business entrepreneurs has helped Anthony to leverage modern business growth strategies like 2-sided marketplaces, brand as operating systems, first-best customer, and modern marketing frameworks such as growth loops and practical, fast-to-market iterative prototyping and development approaches.

Anthony has built global relationships for the agencies and companies he has worked with, including Google and Nike in EMEA, and gaming unicorn PONOS, beauty and skin care Shiseido, sports Nike, tech-driven retail-as-a-service b8ta and beverages Sapporo in Japan. As co-founder of the R/GA Japan in 2017, he has led R/GA APAC teams to grow Japan operations as well as expand other APAC markets, including Singapore, Shanghai, Australia and Indonesia.

Anthony has led brand, technical and creative teams over the last two decades. With a background in arts and music spanning an early career in Acting, Performing Arts and Live Music and with the experience of living across 3 continents working in many different cultural environments, he has fueled cutting edge initiatives ranging from interactive TV and haptic interfaces in LATAM and US around 2007-2011, rapid creative prototyping and innovative retail marketing for companies like Nokia, Microsoft, BBC, Google and Nike in EMEA between 2011 and 2017, agile lean experience stacks in ASIA from 2017 to 2019, and innovative partnership and enablement models for businesses across Japan and Asia in the last few of years.

Anthony helped to keep R/GA Japan afloat during the global pandemic across multiple leadership and office restructuring phases, and created an effective, business-driver partnership program for Asia, enabling up-skilling of technical teams, as well as the creation of new partnerships and client business opportunities. Anthony drove early explorations of generative AI, smart cloud automation and new creative and technology practice strategies in the region.

In the last few years in Japan, Anthony has focused in developing key core client relationships at the C-suite level, solidifying business strategies for the Japan office. Anthony has built multi-million dollar long-term relationships for Japan including Nike, PONOS, Shiseido, b8ta Japan and Sapporo, along with supporting and nurturing the expansion and evolution of the R/GA + Google relationship across APAC. Anthony took over the leadership of the Japan office as General Manager in August 2023, and just in the first six months managed to deliver the most profitable year in the history of the office, including double digit profit margins, award winning work and 30% staff headcount growth. Winning R/GA Japan’s first D&AD Graphite Pencil and securing a multi-million dollar long-term partnership with Kyoto-based unicorn gaming company PONOS across US, KR, TW and JP, Anthony was quickly promoted to Managing Director in May 2024, just after 9 months in the driving chair. Anthony is now driving the next chapter for Japan as it aims to expand work and operations across North Asia, and delivering yet again, the best perfoming year across revenue, profits, staff growth, award wins and client work in the history of the office, and top of the region.
